Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Hartland, New Brunswick
$65,000 +++ excellent benefits
As key member of the Corporate team, the Compensation and Benefits Specialist will work out of our offices in Hartland NB.
- Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits program for the group
- Manage all benefits including providing support to employees, brokers and administrators
- Processing monthly invoices, communication development
- Manage the EAP program for the region
- Main liaison for the pension plan administration
- Lead the comp & benefits related processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct annual salary and benefits surveys to ensure programs are equitable
- CCP preferred or CEBS
- 2 to 5 years related experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual is an asset
- Work directly for the Regional HR Manager
- Strong analytical skills, database management skills
