Duties:
Prepare and make Sushi dishes and menus.
Prepare condiments, sauces and other raw to make sushi.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Develop and improve menu items
Hire and train kitchen staff
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and kitchen appliance
Comp letion of Secondary School / 3 years or more work experience in cooking.
$17.30 ~ $19 / hrs, 40hrs / week, Read English and Fluency in Korean
