Position Summary
Kognitive Marketing is currently seeking to employ for the Event Supervisor position. Working in various locations across the region, successful candidates will conduct event marketing activities on behalf of one Canada’s largest wireless providers. Reporting to our Program Manager, the successful candidate will improve their communication skills, learn key concepts in analyzing consumer behaviour and gain real world marketing experience.
We are looking for relentlessly positive, charismatic, outgoing and team-oriented individuals that can easily interact with strangers and have a desire to earn more than the average student and are willing to work hard in order to do so. Key Responsibilities
· Organize and manage a team of promotional representatives
· Interact and engage with people
· Drive traffic to the promotional area
· Produce reports
· Assist in program development
· Set up and take down event materials
Requirements & Desired Attributes
· Outgoing, ambitious, charismatic and career oriented
· Experience working in teams is preferred
· Extremely social and has a passion for interacting with people
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Accommodates well to fast paced environments
· Retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required
· Having a vehicle is beneficial, but not required
Compensation
$ 14-16 per hour
