Responsibilities:
· Acquire new building technologies business contracts - new & existing customers.
· Develop assigned geographical territory.
· Responsible for prospecting and assisting customers with problems involving the use of company products and services.
· Responsible for effectively performing needs assessments, sales proposals, & estimates.
Qualifications
· Must have Fire Detection product knowledge.
· Must have strong negotiation skills as well as strong communication skills both verbal & written.
· Must have an aptitude towards financial & technical reporting.
· Requires strong time management.
· This position requires self motivation & determination.
· Seeking at least 2 years direct experience as well as a diploma/degree.
