($17/hr, 40hr/wk)

If you are

·         Minimum 3 years of experienced in Japanese cuisine

·         Graduate of secondary school

·         Able to speak basic English and Korean

Your job duties are

·         Handle and prepare fish and seafood

·         Assure and maintain safety and quality of fish and seafood

·         Prepare and make assorted sushi, sashimi, and rolls

·         Plan and develop menu

·         Prepare seasonings and sauces and cook meals and dishes

·         Control and record inventory
