We are currently recruiting for Representatives to promote the Bud Light experience for our client, Labatt!

 

In this position you will promote alcoholic beverages through a series of activities within our branded space at the festival.  Using your dynamic and outgoing personality, you will generate excitement in the product and gain participation in the promotion. You will encourage people to enter our contest for nightly prizes and a grand prize giveaway!

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Promote the brand to the public and draw attention to yourself

  • Create a positive, interaction experience for the public

  • Bring the brand to life through interactions with consumers

  • Inform, educate  and sell consumers on the products

  • Report on results of the promotion

  • Coordinate with management at the venue to ensure a smooth and successful promotion


 

Location:

 

George Street Festival
When:

 

  • Training: July 4

  • Start date: July 22

  • End date: August 3


 

Schedule:

 

  • Must be available from July 22 to August 3 and for training on July 4

  • Each execution is 4-5 hours long

Responsibilities

Supe rvise staff including hiring, orientation, training, performance management, and establishing work schedules built around a culture of safety first and continuous improvement.

Lead, plan and participate in process improvements, cost reductions and continuous improvement projects as part of the site business plan.

Ensure product quality standards meet established standards.

Ensure and maintain a customer focus for employees and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers.

Maintain thorough knowledge of mill process and equipment while having a working knowledge of industry innovations.
Skills and Requirements

A post-secondary engineering or technical degree or diploma.

At least 5 years experience in a supervisory manufacturing role in a continuous process operation.

Ability to be an effective change agent and demonstrated ability to foster a customer focused culture centered on safety, and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and budgeting skills are required.
