Position Requirements
?Previous call center, customer service or sales experience is preferred
?Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
?Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills; type a minimum of 25 wpm; basic arithmetic skills required (i.e., calculating taxes)
?Must be flexible to work shifts within our operating hours (evenings, weekends and holidays). Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to midnight Mountain Time.
?Must be punctual and committed to work schedules
?Ability to find and communicate customer solutions quickly and accurately while using multiple resources
?Must be comfortable working in a highly structured, metrics driven environment
Competencies
?Customer service oriented skills and ability
?Flexibility and enthusiasm for troubleshooting problems in a timely manner
?Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listen and establish clarity to resolve issues and increase customer satisfaction
?Develop strong rapport with callers early in each contact
?Experience using Windows and Internet web browsing computer applications
?Excellent data entry, listening, and problem solving skills
?Ability to work in a multi-task environment, talking to customers while simultaneously accessing the computer system
?Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Computer Skills
?Excellent to high computer skills, use Internet daily, able to download programs and email file attachments
?Skilled using chat and instant message communications
?Ability to trouble-shoot computer glitches independently before calling for assistance
