Supervisor, Reporting & Scheduling









Our Winnipeg based client is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Reporting & Scheduling to manage day-to-day reporting and scheduling activities for their center. Reporting to the center Manager, the Supervisor, Reporting & Scheduling will be responsible for:

  • Developing, managing, and auditing various reports as required.

  • Analyzing and manipulating data and drawing conclusions based on data and trends.

  • Analyzing data and recommending solutions to issues or concerns based on an understanding of current business processes and future business needs.

  • Predicting trends and forecasting future needs.

  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding regarding all available data sources in order to support business decisions.

  • Verifying accuracy of data in all reports.

  • Providing ongoing assessment of the functionality and applicability of standard reports and recommend any necessary modifications.

  • Supervising the team’s activities, including setting priorities, assigning projects, and providing support and assistance with problem solving.

  • Providing support to staff regarding data and reporting questions.


 

As the ideal candidate, you possess a Bachelor of Commerce degreeand a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field along with previous supervisory experience.   You are experienced in manipulating and analyzing data and are skilled in drawing conclusions based on data and trends. You possess expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Sequel Server Reporting Tools, and are able to create reports that depict numerical data through tables, graphs, charts and/or other means through the use of various marketing tools such as PowerPoint, Javascript, and Visio.

Additionally, you possess strong organization and communications skills as well a strong focus on achieving results. You are detail oriented and are comfortable making recommendations to management.
