BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE -- WINNIPEG, MANITOBA

LOCATION: Winnipeg, Manitoba
SALARY: $75K - $115K, commensurate with experience

One of Canada's leading professional service providers, with a strong international and national presence, is actively searching for a bankruptcy trustee for its Winnipeg, Manitoba office with both consumer and commercial insolvency filings.

The candidate must have a Canadian university degree as well as a CA or CGA designation OR a LL.B degree. Completion of the NIQP course as well as the BIA Insolvency Counselor's course is a must. CIRP Trustee designation is necessary. High academic credentials as well as exceptional analytical and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are vital.

You will be called upon to administer proposals and bankruptcies and manage assets held in trust. In this position, you will give debtor information and advice about both the proposal and bankruptcy processes and make sure that both the debtor's rights and the creditor's rights are respected.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Canadian university degree;
Licensed as a CIRP Trustee;
A minimum of three (3) years of Trustee experience;
CA or CGA designation OR a LL.B degree;
Must have completed the NIQP course as well as the BIA Insolvency Counselor's course.
