We are looking for a technically profficient Fleet Analyst to assist the maintenance, service and sales team in delivering underground mining machinery parts, service and sales. Maintenance experience is required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Analyze and evaluate customer maintenance costs versus performance benchmarks -Provide recommendations to reduce operating cost -Assist the underground mining sales group -In collaboration with the corporate mining division, identify and jointly develop and complete cost reduction initiatives -In collaboration with the mining technical communicator, monitor product problems, document machine modifications, ensure compliance with customer and government laws and regulations, as well as develop operator and maintenance training programs -Analyze customer?s purchasing trends and product requirements for mine and plant operating -Develop marketing programs to increase customer purchase volumes of parts and services Participate in safe and environmentally sound work behaviours and practices at all times Please email or call outlining your experience.
