Job Description:
- Determine specifications and calculate requirements,
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join mouldings, wood materials, drywall and plastics materials,
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware,
- Build walls and install partitions, Install suspended ceilings,
- Build and install framing for dropped ceilings, counters, indirect lighting, display cases, etc.,
- Install fire doors,
- Install floor tiles or rolled flooring, Install drywall,
- Install insulation,
- Build decks and fences,
- Operate power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Work Site Environment:At heights, Noisy, Dusty
Transportation/Travel Information:Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, Valid driver's licence, Travel expenses paid by employer
Work Location Information: Various locations
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: If candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience a post-secondary certificate is required
Salary:$19.00 to $22.00 Hourly, 40.00 Hours per week
