Responsibilities:
- Designs building automation controls systems and coordinate projects with Siemens staff, contractors and stakeholders
- Manage project schedules
- Follow PM Siemens project management policies and documentation
- Develop submittal and as-built packages
- Maintain database and documentation
Qualifications:
- Three years of college or technical school resulting in a Diploma Degree or equivalent combination of education and related practical experience
- 1 year of direct experience
- Able to understand mechanical systems and program controllers
- Technical background in building electrical/mechanical systems and HVACR applications
