Are you one of those rare talented people who are detail-oriented and enjoys working with land development and have strong knowledge of Statutory Rights of Way, Covenants, Easements, Disclosure Statements and other Documentations? Are you able to manage a development file from beginning to registration? Do you have a conveyancing background? Are you able to provide strong customer service?
If so, this may be your career opportunity. Our Client, a well known Vernon, B.C. Law Firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant for its thriving land development department.
It is vital that this person be warm, friendly, energetic, poised and team-oriented. Strong organizational and time-management skills are keys, as is the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast paced environment under the pressure of multiple deadlines. Dedication to accuracy and on-time performance is essential. A working knowledge of LTA, SPA, REDMA and related statutes are necessary.
You must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office. Typing skills of at least 70 WPM and Dictaphone usage knowledge are required.
