The Premium Beer Company is a leader in developing partner brands to the top tier of their categories through innovative sales, marketing, analytics and logistics management. The Premium Beer Company is a 'stand-alone' company; wholly owned by Moosehead Breweries Limited, Canada's oldest and largest independent brewer.

The Premium Beer Company has immediate requirements for self-motivated, dynamic and skilled salespeople to fill the following position:

** We are expanding and encourage interested parties in other cities to submit a resume for future consideration. **

The successful applicants will be responsible for educating management staff on company products and programs, selling products and product lines to current and potential customers, and working with both licensee and retail staff to generate incremental sales. Applicant will work within assigned budgets and comply with all Premium Beer Company policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted within the laws of Canada.

Desired Skills & Experience

Responsibilities :

* Sell products and upgrade the number of product lines to existing and potential accounts

* Merchandise accounts by increasing visibility of brand

* Educate bar and wait staff on products and promotions

* Expense budget management

* Administrative duties (program feedback, action plans, and presentations)

* Daily and weekly call pattern and planners

* Attend both quarterly and provincial/national sales meetings

* Distribution drives and programs

Qualifications:

* Previous sales experience required

* Negotiation skills

* Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

* Previous beverage alcohol (or package goods) sales experience preferred.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* Retains a competitive spirit

* Holds a high conduct of professional maturity

* Possesses a high level of confidence and assertiveness

* Has a sense of urgency to achieve results

* Post secondary degree/diploma preferred
