Job Title: Telephone Support Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who can establish a critical link between our online customers and products. A Phone Support CSR’s main function is to not only to address concerns but also to provide a smooth and efficient transaction experience to customers.

Job Description:
- Provide information in response to product inquires from our E-commerce websites
- Educate and facilitate customers in regard to our services, offers and policies
- Resolve and handle customers complaints
- Assist customers in completing purchases online and communicate regarding post-sale status

Job Requirement:
- Past Customer Support experience a plus
- Ability to process data entry tasks and multi-task
- You will be using several software programs at once while dealing with multiple customers at the same time via the phone, email or live chat.
- Minimum typing speed requirement: 40wpm
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Able to work independently with minimal management

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm (part-time) may be extended to full time in the future
- $9 per hour to start for 3 month training/probation, $10 per hour after probation
