Status: Full-Time
Remuneration: Hourly Wage Rate + Vehicle Allowance + Cell Phone + Extended Health & Dental Benefits
SW Audio+Visual is a leading provider of AV services with regional offices located throughout the province of British Columbia. With a team of nearly seventy-five professionals servicing our clients we are rapidly growing and expanding our operations and are in need of new talented team members to help contribute to our success. We are currently seeking an Technical Services Supervisor for our contracted Hotel Properties based out of our Kelowna, BC office.
As the Technical Services Supervisor for our Kelowna Hotel Properties you will be responsible for the day-to-day deliver of all AV needs for our contracted Kelowna properties. This will require you to deal with customers on a daily basis; setup, operate, and dismantle AV equipment; handle invoicing and billing; and provide suggestions on the most appropriate solutions for each individual and unique event. You will be required to manage a crew of technicians when a larger event takes place within the hotel property; ensuring quality and efficiency is achieved. You will be required to assist on other SW events outside of the hotel properties as needed.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in either the AV or Hotel & Tourism Industries. You must be professional in your appearance; have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; be organized; and have a willingness to work the industry demanding hours. You will have a valid BC drivers license and be physically fit and able to perform all duties.
