Job Title: Sales and Business Development

You are:

• Tenacious and passionate about sales and service (acquiring new customers and growing existing ones).
• Polished, presentable and proficient in both corporate environments and street smart coffee shop transactions/presentations.
• An excellent communicator (written, oral and face to face).
• Self motivated and disciplined while working effectively with minimal supervision.
• A versatile hard worker with proven multi-tasking abilities.
• Goal oriented, extremely organized, and diligent.
• Self confident with a "thick skin" who does not take things personally and values the learning opportunity from all feedback.
• A knowledgeable and enthusiastic fan of live sports and concerts.


Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:

? Proven success in prospecting, acquiring and maintaining key account relationships.
? Proficient at both independent outbound sales and inbound sales queue conversion.
? Proficient in writing effective proposals and agreements.
? Able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team.
? Learns quickly and enjoys problem-solving.
? Proficient with online research and social media savvy.
? Tech savvy with proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, online research skills and social media savvy.
? Minimum two years sales experience.
? Minimum education - high school with some sales training.


Duties Include:

? Driving the development of our B2B and B2C referral/rewards programs.
? Prospecting for new customers and affiliates.
? Inbound ticket sales.
? Sales presentations via remote desktop, phone and face to face.
? Touch calls/visits to existing customers

This is a full-time position generally Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and longer days depending on event schedules.

$12 hourly wage + commission + benefits.
