Our client a global leader in commercial explosives is searching for a very special person, who loves the outdoors, loves the mining industry and well let’s say likes to blow things up.

What is the Minimum Required?
Bachelor’s degree in the area of Mining, Geo-technical, Mineral, and/or Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering preferred. Experience in the mining industry and advanced technical knowledge may be substituted for formal degree.
• minimum 3+ years working experience with progressively increasing professional responsibility within explosives or a geo-technical related field
• minimum of 1.5+ years of underground mining experience
• ability to read, interpret and understand underground mining mapping
Relocation is provided, 30-40% travel within territory, generous base salary and bonus + company benefits.
