Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time


Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits


Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible


Location: Saint John, New Brunswick (1 vacancy)



Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable

Experience: Experience an asset

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Cuisine Specialties: Italian

Prepare and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Work with minimal supervision, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Estimate food requirements and costs, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Order supplies and equipment, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.), Clean kitchen and work areas, Wash dishes, Manage kitchen operations.

Other Information:In addition to superior cooking skills, experience in supervisory environment is a definite asset. Wage depends on experience. Clean and pleasant working environment. 40-50 hours per week.
