iTunes Full Time Brand Ambassador - Western Canada (Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Regina)
Mosaic, one of North Americas' largest and most successful field marketing companies and licensed talent agencies, is currently seeking a highly driven, professional, full-time iTunes Brand Ambassador based out of Winnipeg, MB covering cities in Western Canada including Saskatoon, SK and Regina, SK.

As a part of the iTunes 'iTeam', you will:
· Understand iTunes and their customers.
· Work closely with store managers and associates to inspire them to be enthusiastic about iTunes Gift Cards by:.
o Speaking with persuasion and influence to improve in-store sales.
o Offering to and follow-up on merchandising and training opportunities for store personnel.
o Explaining how iTunes gift cards directly benefit their customers.
· Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel to achieve the goals of iTunes.
· Engage well with store personnel as well as customers and is passionate about executing all visit initiatives at store level.
· Be innovative and bring new ideas to the table.
· Be a team player who thinks quickly on your feet.
· Have the flexibility to meet change head-on without batting an eye.
· Be an action-oriented leader who has an eye for details and be a true self-starter.
Job requirements:
· Retail merchandising experience (1+ years required); sales/relationship building experience also preferred.
· Available to work full-time in field and working in stores. Typical schedule includes normal business hours, Monday through Friday; evening and weekend hours are rare. Seasonal weekend and holiday hours may be required.
· Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory.
· Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines.
· Communicate with manager, reporting any issues, concerns and needs as well as responding to all e-mail and voicemail the same day or within 24 hours.
· Manage schedule independently, ensuring territory (approx. 200 locations) visits are covered per expectations.
· Plan route efficiently; overnight travel is required in some territories (travel expenses reimbursed).
· Personal credit card with available credit to book travel; travel expenses are reimbursed.
· Develop, implement and maintain a business plan for the designated territory, driving measurable results for stores.
· Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert.
· Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed (display/product placement/pricing).
· Available to complete on-line & in-person training as needed.
Technical Requirements:
· Must have a computer with internet/email access
· Must be familiar with Windows Microsoft Office
· Must be an iTunes enthusiast
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read; talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs to move stock or displays to and from personal vehicle.
Auto Insurance Requirements:
All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
