Overview:
Develop business and fill key role in property assessment and taxation and construction cost reporting practice. Provide construction cost reporting expertise to a variety of property assessment and tax consulting projects to new and existing clients with very limited review. Partner with other business units to explore synergy opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously upgrade knowledge regarding property assessment and taxation practices, procedures and legislation
- Provide a full range of property assessment and tax consulting services
- Coach, train and mentor Analysts, Senior Analysts and Consultants by transferring skill and knowledge
- Actively engage external market participants
- Identify market opportunities and execute strategy necessary to secure new clients
- Proactively inform the Senior Directors of any potential new assignments or marketing leads
- Actively participate in the marketing initiatives of the Business Units as those are developed from time to time
- Strong people, communication, presentation and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry including both conventional/unconventional oil & gas experience
- Experience in heavy oil production (including in situ projects), processing and upgrading
- Experience in the engineering, procurement and construction of heavy oil and conventional oil and gas facilities
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the legislative rules for the determination of property assessments and taxes
- Engineering, construction and/or project management experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Very good research, quantitative and analytical skills
