Duties:

 

1. Prepare and create FUSION style dishes and menus.

2. Develop new menus and improve existing menus.

3. Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost.

4. Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies.

5. Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

 

Completion of Secondary School.

3 yrs or more experience in cooking required.

$13~16 per hour/40 hours per week

Korean is an asset.
