Sushi Nami Japanese Restaurant in North Vancouver Seeks a Sushi Cook.

Completion of Secondary school.

3 yrs or more experience in cooking required.

 

Duties:

1. Prepare and create varieties of SUSHI dishes and prepare raw ingredients for SUSHI dishes.

2. Prepare and cook complete Japanese dishes and menus.
3. Plan for new menus and create/develop new SUSHI dishes and menus.

4. Supervise and Train Kitchen Helpers.

5. Monitor and order food stocks, ingredients and kitchen supplies.

6. Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost.

$17.00~18.00 per hour/40 hours per week

Fluency in Korean and Basic English
