We are currently in search for a Project/Process Improvement Manager.

Location: Richmond BC
Salary: $50-70k + benefits + more

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:

- Knowledge and experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and SPC
- 2 years minimum in Manufacturing / Process Improvement experience
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or post-secondary education
- Need to have Project Manager and/or Process Improvement Experience
- Need to show that you have experience in running a project from start to finish
- Team oriented
- Knowledge of ISRI specifications and grading
- Knowledge of non-ferrous metals
- Excellent Negotiating skills
- Good with math and fluent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of MS SharePoint
- Have excellent communication (English) skills
- Construction, mechanical and civil background an asset.
- Supervisory skills to coordinate and direct trades and employees on the project.
- Project management experience to plan, budget and track.
- Cost benefit analysis
