Wine Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Service all current Southern Alberta accounts, both retail and licensee
- Look for new accounts and increase sales and distribution with current accounts
- Execute in-store tastings and promotions at retail level
- Execute account staff training to increase product knowledge
- Meet sales and distribution objectives
- Manage expense budget and report expenses every month
- Represent Redback Wine Imports and all of our Wineries with a high level of professionalism
- Report to the sales manager and meet deadlines
- Create promotions within your territory
- Plan and execute a weekly call sheet
- Travel within Southern Alberta to service current and new accounts
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as a sales representatives preferably within the liquor industry
- Post-secondary education preferable
- Superior computer skills are a must (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Great wine knowledge is preferable but basic wine knowledge is acceptable
- Energetic, reliable, sociable and outspoken
- Self motivated and well organized
- High drive with a good business mind
- Great sales skills…
Compensation:
- Base salary plus bonus and commission (based on experience)
- Dental and health plan
- Expense account
- Car allowance
- Position to start September 1st2011
