As the Shop Owner, your primary objective is to lead a team of energetic, sales focused associates, in the Major Appliances, Furniture and Electronics departments. The scope of the role is comprised of building a winning sales team, motivating and developing the team, and leading by example by performing sales activities to achieve business goals.
Equally important to success in this role is the effective execution of merchandise and visual presentation standards, including the facilitation of the efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Success in this role calls for a strong desire to lead a sales team to success by exceeding sales goals and through building lifetime relationships with customers. The ideal job candidate will have completed a two-year college program relevant to the area of business at least 2 years of retail sales leadership experience.

•ability to coach and motivate sales associates in an energetic, results-focused environment
•ability to create compelling visual displays and maintain a shopping environment that is appealing to the customer
•ability to identify sales opportunities based on inventory levels and assortment based on the customer’s needs
