Our client, a large oil and gas service company located in the SE, is seeking a Merger and Acquisition Accountant with strong financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a min of 7 years progressive experience with a minimum of 2yrs of financial analysis and merger and acquisition experience. Only those with an accounting designation (CA,CMA,CGA) will be considered for this role. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Controller.
