Responsibilities:
· Performs service calls and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution
· Performs assessments of product and equipment performance based on field support data
· Recommends improvements
· Trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, startup, commissioning aftermarket upgrades and preventative maintenance for Large Drives at client sites
· Responsible for Field Service Reporting, trip reports, expenses, etc
Qualifications:
· Experience in field installation and commissioning of low voltage and medium voltage drives
· Minimum 3 - 5 years in field experience
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with polished problem solving negotiation and risk management
· Strong customer focus and ability to work independently under time constraints
· Must be willing to travel up to 80% both locally & internationally
· Working knowledge of related computer applications preferred
· Must have the ability to manage customers in tough situations
· Able to handle adversity
· Good team player
· Self-motivated
