Manufactured housing production worker ( Wood product assembler )
Terms of Employment:Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary:$16.60 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week, Medical Benefits
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months):As soon as possible
Location:Nisku, Alberta (2 vacancies)
Skill Requirements: Education:Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):Not required

Languages:Speak English, Read English, Write English
Specific Skills:Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders and barrels, Assemble door panels, trusses or modular components to make prefabricated housing, Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports, Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, Mark defective parts or products for repair, Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces, Make minor adjustments and repairs
Additional Skills:Pack items for shipping and distribution
Essential Skills:Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making
Other:Read Production orders and diagrams Assemble Trusses on assembly line using hand and power tools Record information on products inspected
