Nicholson Chevrolet – Edmonton has beenproviding a service experience that not only meets their customers’ needs, but surpasses their expectations for over 35 years. They are focused on the customer in all aspects of the business: sales, service, parts and body shop.   As a successful and growing dealership, they are currently looking for anexperienced full-time Automotive Service Advisorwho enjoys working in a strongcustomer focused environment to join their team of professionals.

 

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.


• Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems and request for service equipment.


• Prepare daily work and run schedules.


• Receive and prepare work orders.


• Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or service performed.


• Recommend and sell maintenance and repairs to our customers.


• Write work orders with clear, concise information based on customer needs and issues.

Requirements

• Completion of high school and some post-secondary education will be considered an asset.


• Excellent customer and communication skills.


• Solid understanding of modern vehicle maintenance and repair.


• Strong computer skills required and knowledgeable in a computerized customer environment.


• Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds would be an asset.


• Knowledge of GM policies and procedures would be an asset.


• Able to work consistently in fast paced work environment.
