Documentation Knowledge:Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports, Accident or incident reports
Communication Equipment Experience:Citizens band (CB) radio, Cellular phone
Weight Handling:Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills:Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Loading and unloading of goods, Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo, Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness, Perform emergency roadside repairs
Transportation/Travel Information:Willing to travel for extended periods, Willing to travel overnight, Valid driver's licence
