Summary
Note: This is a 1 year term position.

The successful candidate will be a member of the administrative team that provides support to the Field Operations Management team, Field Technologists, and Transmission Lines Crews.
Responsibilities
·  Provide administrative support including: routine typing, meeting and event coordination, taking meeting minutes, reception coverage, travel arrangements, expense statement preparation and other requests to help coordinate Manager's commitments.

·  Data Entry in SAP and retrieval of operational information regarding man hours, vehicle reports, and expenses.

·  Assist with a wide scope of accounting and general administrative procedures.

·  Run monthly budget reports, identify variances and pull detailed information on variances.

·  Generate and compile ad hoc reports from SAP.

·  Order office supplies, material, parts, test equipment and prepare shipping documents.

·  Follow up and resolve issues regarding materials, backorders, invoices, etc.

·  Arrange and document weekly and monthly staff meetings.

·  Implement various electronic and hard copy filing systems.

·  Assist in the creation of professional presentations using MS Office.

·  Create and input incident reports.

·  Assist in the development of pre-work packages for the Transmission Lines Crew.

·  Document and Track information for Final work packages.
Q ualifications
·  Minimum High School Diploma.

·  3+ years of related experience.

·  Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills combined with an ability to achieve results.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·  Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

·  Proven multi-tasking ability.

·  Intermediate ability to use MS Office, in particular: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project, SAP and SharePoint would be definite assets.

·  Ability to work as a team member in fast-paced environment.

·  Must have a demonstrated positive and proactive approach.

·  Proven track record of good attendance and performance.
