Job Description
Direct Field Sales/ Prospecting new Clientele

Manage a team of up to seven (7) employees
Train, motivate, and provide constant coaching methods to each sales member
Submit weekly reports for team sales
Meet sales targets/goals
Job Requirements
Strong work ethic
Marketing and sales experience an asset, but not required
Ambitious, outgoing and self-motivated
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently, but also in a team environment
Full Training Provided
Benefits
Earn a salary + commission
Expected income of $4400 per month + Quartely Bonus
Have the opportunity to earn weekly, monthly and annual financial incentives
Gain experience and the opportunity to grow your business
