Skills experience:

 

In this role, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of ERP solutions. Candidates will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP functional expertise to effectively integrate business driven technology solutions into the clients’ business environments in order to achieve client expected business results. Candidates may serve as team members or team leads and must be able to work independently on client sites. We are looking for consultants that can build credibility and trust.

Your responsibilities will include: • Working in a business MM system support mode • Working with a predefined support process • Configuration based on Change requests • Writing and maintaining necessary functional and technical documentation • Conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business/process modeling for small enhancements • Gathering requirements from business owners • Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices • Configuring and testing the software for break/fix and enhancements • Driving the development of functional and systems specifications (reports, interfaces, etc) • Actively performing knowledge sharing to team members • Communicating and working with people of all levels in a team environment Qualifications:   Seasoned Consultants with Supply Chain Management experience are required to be both Team Leads and Thought Leaders in our SAP Practice. Candidates must have an in depth understanding of how to design and configure Materials Management processes in varied industries and with the following areas: • Purchasing • Inventory Management • Invoicing • Batch Management, and • Serial Number Management                   • Coaching & mentoring Offshore Indian resources

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

General Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership qualifications and experience

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible working with high management level clients

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Able to work in a highly technical environment

• Candidates should have previous management consulting experience, preferably with a large Systems Integrator

• Project Team Lead experience managing both client and consulting team members

SAP Skills:

• Candidates should have worked on at least two full lifecycle implementations.

• Strong MM/SCM configuration skills in SAP versions 4.7 and above, preferably ECC6

• Preferred applicants will be certified in version 4.6c or above.

• Experience with the integration points between SCM and other modules.

• Knowledge of SAP’s "best practices".

• Experience utilizing SAP implementation methodology and use of the Solution Manager is preferred.

 

Required

Bache lor's Degree

At least 5 years experience in working with SAP MM/SCM on large scale implementations of SAP version 4.7 or higher, preferably ECC6 English: Fluent
