MBE Jets, is looking for Sales Agents to work in an exciting and dynamic business jet industry. This key role requires individuals who understand meeting the demands of a fast paced and exhilarating business aircraft industry. Your leadership skills combined with your past experience will help you be successful in this exciting and rewarding career. We offer brand new Beechcraft Premier and Hawker 4000 jets, as well as King Air 350i turboprop aircraft in a program unmatched in the industry. The combination of aviation knowledge and sales expertise is an asset, but we will make you an aviation sales expert. You possess the experience to contact and deal with the senior executives of larger companies and high net worth individuals and celebrities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Fractional ownership sales is a high-profile, high-pressure role. Our sales agents are independent, working under a simple contract on commission to market our unique program and bring in new partners.
MBE Jets provides a wealth of information and support while you build a "book" of clients.
Regardless of how long you have been working, and no matter how many clients you have, you are expected to cold call. Sales agents make as many as 300 cold calls a day. Most of the work takes place over the telephone: soliciting clients or selling our fractional aircraft ownership program. You will use research and every networking technique in the book to create awareness of our product and financial model.
WHO DOES WELL
To do well, you need strong cold calling skills and the determination to keep dialing. A great grasp for financials and a irrepressible determination to make sales will bring success. You possess exceptional customer service skills and have a unique presence and personality that allows high net worth individuals to engage in conversation and feel comfortable with you.
REQUIREMENTS
There are no hard and fast educational or professional prerequisites for selling shares in our aircraft. Aside from background and reference checks, MBE Jets hires sales agents based on evaluations, ability to think on their feet, former and/or learned product and industry knowledge, communicate effectively, work well with financials, and above all, make cold calls.
Image means a great deal in our niche. How you dress and carry yourself will be as impressive as your educational or professional background. If you have experience in sales, it is an asset, but we are always keen to hire those who will put in the hours, make the calls, and aggressively generate revenue. As in all areas of sale generation, networking is key. Scour your connections, spread the vision and opportunities to your friends and relatives, and follow every lead that might get your foot in the door. We will assist you in every close, you need to make the contact and introduce the benefits of private aircraft use.
COMPENSATION
Commission only, no ceiling, earning potential of $100K-500K / yr.
You will ultimately succeed or fail based on your performance. The good news is that your income potential is truly excessive and in your control. The more you time you invest, the more income you will make. The cities we are in or expanding to are Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver
