One of our client’s business units which is a leading provider of building systems, including HVAC, automation, fire, security and energy management is in need of a Project Manager for their Calgary, Alberta operations. |

Responsibilities
- Based in Calgary, you will assume project management and financial responsibility for numerous projects throughout the Calgary area
- Lead an installation team, manage contract requirements, and assist the sales team in the preparation of job estimates, proposals and presentations
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is an absolute requirement
- Works with PML to assure all financial data is accurate and on time, including billings, receivables, and overall process compliance
- Work with "Cash In" to ensure timely invoicing (branch advised billing) and timely payments of invoices by our customers. Resolves job issues which may negatively impact customer payment
- Ensure that Change Order Management are met
- Ensures system installations meet all requirement provided by customer and implements innovative methods to solve difficult technical problems
- Provides completed project documentation and work with service team to handover the project
- Keeps informed of customer needs, requirements, systems status, and actual or potential customer problems

Qualifications
- Completion of College Technology program or University Degree in Engineering Science
- 3 years of work experience in the construction industry
- Experience in the mechanical trades, HVAC controls, fire alarm life safety systems and access control
- Experience in construction project management is an asset
- Consideration will be given to those that hold PMP credentials
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with Applications such as MS Project, Excel, Word and Access are required
