Our client leads the agribusiness industry in Canada and has a key international presence of connecting producers to customers in more than 50 destination countries. Due to an expansion mode they currently seek a Facility Operations Manager to lead their prominent grain handling operations in Western Canada.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager in this key decision-making role, your ideas would be welcomed in an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork, and supported by the Regional Operational, Human Resource and Business teams. Leading a dynamic team of 8-10, you have the ability to understand and communicate safe work, monitor plant operations, quality assurance and compliance requirements. Grow along with an organization which continuously invests in research & development to find new ways to maximize agricultural production. This role is ideal for one with a strong understanding of the grain industry and one who has had considerable success to responsible decision making in the management of all facets of grain operations. A Diploma/Certificate in Agriculture or Business Administration is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered. You would be compensated for your time and effort by an industry leading compensation and benefits package.
