CHANGES HOME CARE SUPPORT NETWORK is a new company in the home care field aimed at providing 360 degree care for seniors and other patients requiring premier care for all of their medical and non-medical needs.
Together PAIN-MED Canada and CHANGES HOME CARE SUPPORT NETWORK will complete the 360 degree care needs in-clinic or at home for all patients needing treatment for pain, rehabilitation, wellness, post-operative, palliative and senior care.
As such we are looking for dedicated and passionate health care professionals to help us in our mission of providing a 360 degree level of health service to patients in need of high quality care from one clinic location.
