- Mechanical design experience but would consider applicants with either a strong design HVAC or controls background
- Excellent computing skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD

- Analyze project plans specifications and contract documents to define project parameters
- Select control system components to ensure functionality and compliance
- Define component locations to ensure ease of operation and functionality
- Produce wiring diagrams layout drawings and material schedules as part of the design package
- Order and track delivery for all project components
- Define and prescribe the system operating sequence
- Produce work packages and hand them over to the in house construction teams
- Support the field team and Project Manager during the execution of the projects.
