Reporting to the Regional Manager and working with a team of peers, the successful candidate will complete their work in an event environment while gaining communications, marketing, and sales experience. The successful candidate will also improve their organizational and management skills by having to monitor a team of people and orchestrate events. Most importantly, the successful candidate will experience great personal and professional growth that will contribute to their future success.
Key Responsibilities
· Organize and manage a team of promotional representatives
· Interact and engage with customers
· Meet sales targets
· Produce reports
· Assist in program development
· Set up and take down event materials
· Scheduling of staff and logistics
Requirements & Desired Attributes
· Outgoing, ambitious, charismatic and career oriented
· Experience working in teams preferred
· Extremely social and has a passion for interacting with people
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Accommodates well to fast paced environments
· Entrepreneurial spirit is an asset
· Retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required
· Vehicle required
