Opportunityto work for an international leader in the field of Security Systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Field Install / Service commercial security equipment and related peripherals, including but not limited to, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Panel/Sprinkler systems, drive-thru systems and intrusion systems.
• Coordinate installations of above mentioned systems with various parties (stakeholders, subcontractors, business partners/associates)
• Provide sufficient information for the creation of as-builds
• Function as technical support for customers and other team members, troubleshoot
• Provide end-user training
• Assist team leader, installation and service supervisor and / or manager
• Accomplish scheduled preventive maintenance
• Provide delivers and other project-related documentation
• Be available for stand-by and overtime
• Staging / Testing products and providing necessary paperwork
• Manage inventory (truck and main locations) by following proper process
• Manage calls through laptop and / or blackberry device
• CCure & Lenel experience preferred.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 to 5 years experience installing and supporting a variety of commercial security systems including: CCTV, Fire and Intrusion Detection, preferably large commercial installations.
• Must have experience with Lenel or CCURE systems.
• Must have experience with commercial security system installations & support.
• Must hold a valid driver’s permit A company truck will be provided.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer programming and LANs would be a big asset.
No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered at this time.
