We are currently recruiting friendly and energetic Customer Service Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time) for all of our Calgary locations.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for being the face of The Brick, demonstrating enthusiasm while delivering superior customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction!
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
- Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issues
- Set up furniture service calls
- Review and follow-up order reports on a daily basis
- Assist in the training of new associates
- Other duties as assigned periodically
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail is essential
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Punctuality and dependability is a must
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
