Type of Employment:Full time – Permanent
Job duties:
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods.
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportion
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Other duties as assigned by management
Salary:$13.00 to 15.00 hourly - 40 hours per week
Requirements:
EDUCATION: Completion of high school
EXPERIENCE: IF CANDIDATE DOES NOT HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE A POST SECONDARY CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
