Technical Support (Bilingual)










We are currently in need of Bilingual Customer Service Professionals!

This position are located Moncton New Brunswick.

We need individuals who:

  • have a thirst for learning

  • comfortable working on-line with clients

  • enjoy working with customized programs

  • strong customer service skills

  • strong computer skills

  • excellent communication skills

  • enjoys the challenge of investigating problems and coming up with solutions

  • can work in a 24 - 7 environment

  • can work with minimal supervision

  • Bilingual English/French

  • good decision making skills and judgment skills are also necessary for this role

We are looking for someone with technical support experience, that speaks clear English and French and who is a Canadian Citizen.  Having a technical education would be an asset!  Needs to know networking (TCP/IP Protocols) and have experience with Routers!

This position supports the companies clients through all of Canada.  This is a full-time position for the right type of person.

Salary: $14/hr +
