The individual that we are looking for radiates what a healthy lifestyle is and does for him or her. They must be able to show that to the Store managers that they will be impacting as well as the clients.

- They are a fairly relaxed corporate culture - but they really like individuals who are strategic and tactical thinkers and do not waste time in taking action when it is needed.
- Franchisee experience is preferred but equivalencies will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Presenting monthly priorities, building a rapport with the store managers, recommending business development ideas at store level, promoting new products and promotions, Planogram reviews, territory maintenance and overall retail operations support.
- Providing ongoing training (one-on-one and groups) to store personnel on products, services and promotions, either at store-level, regionally or event-style.
- Providing timely and complete follow-up to all store representative needs and customer requests.
Requirements:
- Able to work part-time hours during the Mon - Friday, 9-5 timeframe.
- Valid drivers license, access to the exclusive use of a reliable vehicle
- Have a land line
- Computer literate with daily access to PC computer, printer, internet, emails
- Prior success in a Sales & Merchandising, retail, or customer service role preferred, however transferable experience will be openly considered
- Highly organized, detailed, and able to manage time effectively
- Available for early September start date
